Getting back into fitness is a journey as well as finding the right products that can help you maintain your fitness goals. Between family commitments, work obligations and social events it may seem down right impossible to get back into fitness. And as result most people tend to buy whichever electrolyte drink seems good to the eye without realizing the amount of calories and sugar they might be consuming. Whatever the choice was then, I am here to encourage to think about your beverage choice.

As a wellness expert, educator and advocate, I will be sharing why ROAR ORGANICis a good beverage choice for individuals who are athletes, fitness gym gurus and just a regular person with fitness goals. The thing about beverages is that you have to want it for yourself and not just simply because you think it's cool. I guarantee you that most people who choose a drink of their preference is because they like taste and look, but are unaware of the calories, sugar and ingredients they are consuming. A beverage is not just a beverage, it's about finding the ideal beverage that contributes to your fitness goals. Forget the external motivator about the beverage looking fancy, let's dig a little deeper to read the labels on beverages.

Let'st get back to the basics with ROAR ORGANIC. A pure sports drink that uses entirely organic and natural ingredients to provide the latest in hydration and refreshment. Drink good to feel good.Roar organic has no artificial flavors, no preservatives, no high fructose corn syrup, no gluten and no brominated vegetable oil.

Learning how to read and understand nutrition labels can help you make healthier choices.

1. Start with the serving information at the top of the label: this will tell you know the size of a single serving and the total number of servings per container
2. Check total calories per serving: pay attention to the calories per serving and how many calories you are really consuming.
3. Limit certain nutrients: check for key nutrients and understand what you are looking for. Not all fats are bad, and total sugars can include both natural and added sugars. Limit the amounts of added sugars!!!
4. Get enough of the beneficial nutrients: make sure you get enough of the nutrients your body needs, especially after an intense workout.
5. Understand % Daily Value: The percentage daily value tells you the percentage of each nutrient in a single serving. For example: If you want to consume more Vitamin C, B3, and B6 choose drinks higher % of DV.

Once you figure out the label reading, you then  realize why you want the right products for your fitness goals. Your first stop shouldn't be a liquor store. Rather, it should be at the super market or a reliable website that carries healthy drinks like ROAR ORGANIC.  Invest in a beverage that will help you reach your fitness goals and provide a good electrolyte recovery.
