There is a movement happening known as "Yoga Rocks the Park in San Diego". Summer's 2015 season launches a new format to individuals to come together. The event is hosted by great certified Yoga instructors accompanied by small business owners for a little retail therapy.

A San Francisco Yogi was in town to show her latest yoga fashion fitness trend, her selection of prints from top to bottoms are artistic and made of comfortable material to move from downward dog to child pose.
One of the great sponsors at the event was the "Health Warrior", the company has a great selection of protein bars and two of my favorite free sample were the Honey, Almond & Peanut Butter Cacao. These innovated bars are soy free, dairy free and gluten free (100% Vegan).
