If you answered yes, well you are in the right place, but if you no or I don't know it's because often at times these dialogues don't happen to frequent.  When in reality we should be having more dialogues and resources to address these concerns for woman in our wellness space. So, before you jump into the podcast episode, I wanted to give you some useful tips I learned from Kim who is a very knowledgeable esthetician.

To maintain healthy skin, consider a few essential tips:

1. Use Sunscreen daily: protect your skin against UV damage with broad spectrum SPF 30 or higher.

2. Incorporate Antioxidants: Use serums with Vitamin C and E to combat free radicals

3. Hydrate your Skin: By drinking water, but also by using water-based skin care products that helps hydrated the skin on the top surface layer.

4. Moisturize Effectively: Select a rich moisturizer to combat skin dryness and improve elasticity

5. Prioritize Sleep: Aim for at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep (I think we all have a working progress in this area).

Okay now that you read few tips for skincare health, let's tune into today's podcast episode with Kim.
