The Sacred Circle will be a hike to gather five women at Mt. Helix in San Diego.
This event will be a small group of women gathering to offer support, love and recognition of our struggles by honoring and letting go of emotions we have been holding.
Sunday, the twenty eight of October

Location: 4905 Mt. Helix Dr, La Mesa, CA 91941
We will gather at the bottom of hill to hike up as a group. The Hike will then be followed by a Sacred Prayer Circle to Meditate, Breathe and Be Present. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and proper shoes for the hike. After the hike the women will be guided to a space to come together and sit. There will be some self care, prayer and meditation exercises will do together as a group.
A Light Breakfast will be served, but please bring your own water bottled.
